About us
We are a community of parents, teachers, coaches and professionals who believe in the value of mentoring our youth. They are our future and through them we can all have a lasting effect on our communities and society as a whole.
Volunteers and mentors receive leadership training through a variety of sources. Those sources include group sessions on topics ranging from working with children with learning disabilites to one on one training with business professionals, athletes and coaches, as well as civic and community leaders.

The Mentoring Proposition is committed to training up our youth to help build the framework from which they will become successful contributors to society in their chosen areas of excellence.
We are a non-profit organization dedicated to the support and advancement of our youth by providing mentoring, life skills and leadership training.
It is our hope that each person who benefits from our proposition will give back and pay it forward.
